Feel Good Friday: Master Cleanse Update, Day 9

Happy Friday! 
So last Thursday I started a Master Cleanse detox, in which I only drink 100% lemon juice mixed with syrup, cayenne pepper and water.
I also have been having hot tea in the morning and before bed. 
I started off the detox with a salt water flush in the morning and at night, however stopped doing that by day 4. 
My plan was to go 10 days on the detox but due to the fact that I've pretty much stopped  producing milk {I'm still nursing my 9 month old son}, I've had to start introducing small amounts of food back into my diet while still drinking the lemon juice mix. This includes nuts, avocado, bananas and granola. I'm not going to start eating bread products and heavy carbs again for a while.
Some other side effects of the detox besides the decrease in milk where 
weakness in my legs, hunger (duh), tiredness, major moodiness, inability to run or do other strenuous activities, and my feet fell asleep very easily (poor circulation). 
Overall, I'm happy with how my body responded to the cleanse in that my bloating went away and the cravings I had for not-so-good food is gone.
I will probably do this detox/cleanse once a month for a maximum of 7 days 
just to keep my insides clean and to remove toxins.
