Feel Good Friday...Day #1 Master Cleanse

Happy Friday Everyone! 

So, yesterday I started my 10+ day Master Cleanse
to help eliminate toxins and "reboot" my system.
I've been feeling like crap lately and my digestive system has not been ideal. 
I think this is my body's way of telling me that a change needs to happen.
I'm a pretty clean eater and work out daily, so I should have some good cleansing results.
I will be keeping a daily video diary on my Youtube page, so check it out and follow along with me as I give updates on what I'm doing, how the cleanse is affecting me, my workouts and my mood!

    1. I was so scared the first time around and only lasted 3 days on the cleanse. Juice cleanses I can go about a week without too many problems. Today is day 5 and I feel great!! I hope you do it, I've never felt so good {and hungry of course} lol. xx

    1. Oh for sure you can! Really, it's a lot of mind power lol you know, to be in the kitchen cooking and not want to just stick something in your mouth just from habit. Gum helps. If you do decide to do it, please let me know!! xx
