Lemonade Vanilla Yogurt Ice Pops

This is a summer recipe the whole family will love, especially the kids! I enjoy a nice glass of lemonade but really don't like how sweet store bought lemonade can be. I'm not a fan of sweet juices and have been making my own lemonade with agave for a while now. That way I feel like I'm getting the benefits of lemon juice without all the extra sugar.

These ice pops have the perfect mix of sweet from the vanilla yogurt and a bit of sour from the lemonade. They are perfect for a cool snack on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
  • Ice pop/popsicle mold
  • 6 oz low fat vanilla yogurt {I used Light & Fit}
  • 1/4 cup organic lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp agave
  • 3/4 cups water

Directions:
  • Fill each popsicle mold half way full with vanilla yogurt
  • In a mixing bowl or measuring cup, mix lemon juice, agave and water until blended
  • Add lemonade on top of the yogurt {without mixing} to the top of the mold
  • Apply the sticks and pop in the freezer
  • Let freeze for about 5 hours, take out and Enjoy!
