July BIRCHBOX Reveal + Upcycle BOX Idea

I know I'm a month late on the July BIRCHBOX reveal, and I almost didn't share since the August box will be in my mailbox any day, but the July box was just too pretty and hip that I couldn't share how I upcycled it! {Let's face it, the box itself is my favorite part of the subscription ha}

This month had some pretty cool samples... a little bit of everything; hair, skin, face and lips!
Stila makes my fav lip colors so I was super excited to see a new shade of pink just waiting for me to test out. And there were three MINU hair care products in there, which is more than I'm used to with BB. I'm currently wearing the Masqueology brightening mask to correct dark spots and so far so good... I might just have to order a full size to get rid of my California skin. I haven't tried the Harvey Prince Hello body cream yet but it smells really nice. And the Juice Beauty Peel {Green Apple} is going on in a couple nights.

I have really been enjoying my Birchbox subscription and all the new products I get introduced to. It makes me feel feminine. But my favorite part of the whole experience is seeing what the box looks like and figuring out what I can use it for. I mean, they are always way too pretty to throw out and I love recycling and reusing products when possible. This month I decided that this cute little box would fit right in on my daughter's desk as a desk tray. The colors matched perfectly and the size was just right for her diary and a few other little items. There are so many different and creative thing Birchbox boxes can be used for {check out this list} and I can't wait too see what this month brings!!

  1. I always said I'd get a Birch Box when I moved to the USA - I never ended up buying a subscription though (yet).

  6. I NEVER throw away my Birchbox Boxes. I have a hoard of them and have no clue what to do with them. This is a clever way I can use some of them. It looks really cute too! Thanks for the post!

  7. I agree, that box IS too cute to get rid of! It's also perfect because it is already designed for you and you didn't have to decorate it!

  10. You're so creative! I love your ideas for reusing your Birchbox. I'd never hear of this product before, but it sounds so exciting to receive a lovely box with a mix of fun beauty products each month. Now I'm going to look into a Birchbox subscription.
