Whipped Orange Creamsicle Pie

Oh my goodness, do I have a SIMPLE and DELICIOUS recipe for you. With only 4 ingredients and under 10 minutes to make, this is a Summer treat that everyone should be making. Plus, who doesn't like creamsicles? I have always loved the sweet orange popsicles that are creamsicles, and turning that flavor into a pie was a no brainer. My hubs was super excited for this creation, as he loves all things made from orange. I originally made this pie about two years ago with coconut juice and it was fantastic {recipe coming soon} and thought that using orange instead would be just as good... it sooooo is!!

Ingredients:
  • 1 12oz can of frozen orange juice
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2.5 cups whipped cream topping
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
Instructions:
  • Using a blender or hand mixer, blend frozen orange juice and condensed milk until fully mixed
  • Add whipped cream to blender and blend mixture thoroughly
  • Put orange mixture in graham cracker pie crust and gently place in the freezer for at least 3 hours
  • When ready to serve, garnish with coconut flakes or whipped cream
  • Enjoy!
