Pumpkin Caramel Biscuits

Ready for another pumpkin recipe? Great! These easy to make biscuits are perfect for breakfast, brunch or a coffee break. The added pumpkin keeps the biscuits moist, while the caramel adds a bit of sweet, making these biscuits more of a nice Autumn treat. They take practically no time to make and are sure to keep everyone's tummies full. Plus, they make the whole house smell divine! {There is really nothing better than pumpkin, cinnamon and caramel to shout out Fall has come!}

What you'll need:
  • 2 1/2 cups of dry biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Caramel topping/ syrup
What you'll do:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine dry biscuit mix, milk, pumpkin, cinnamon and vanilla until a thick dough forms
  • Using a large spoon, spoon dough in two inch "balls" onto a greased or lined baking sheet {I used foil for lining}
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 9 minutes or until the tops start to turn lightly brown
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle caramel syrup over the biscuits
  • Give into the temptation and enjoy these pumpkiny treats!
