I just love cooking this time of the year. I don't know if it's the cooler weather, staying indoors more, or all the harvest ingredients that inspires me to get in the kitchen more, but I absolutely love cooking in Autumn. I can't get enough of all the different squashes and apples, along with the warm hearty dishes that go with any Fall time meal. The sweet smell of cinnamon in the air and pumpkin in pretty much everything, makes for a happy tummy and a holiday season that everyone will enjoy. I just wanted to share some of my fav go-to recipes that I use year after year around this time of the year. I hope you give some of them a try with your friends and family. They are all easy and efficient recipes the whole family will love!
